Habs Partnerships Programme wins Hertsmere Civic Award

Mr Josh Plotkin, the Director of the Habs Partnerships Programme, received the Hertsmere Civic Award at a ceremony on Sunday 16 April, for work undertaken to benefit residents of the borough.
